We absolutely wanted to make a wheat beer (witbier) with an orange twist because everyone loves oranges. We wanted to have fun and make you happy. But,  there was no way to compromise on making an ordinary beer, so we went all out!

 

We did tests with tangerines, orange peel, ground peel, etc. We also tried several types of yeast before making our choice. Finally, we realized that by adding coriander, we reached perfection.

 

The result ? A most refreshing wheat beer, very slightly sweet. A beautiful orange color, a sublime citrus taste, it also offers a very pleasant lively nose and a sweet bitterness typical of wheat beers. A perfect thirst-quenching beer for festive days or evenings.

 

Serve with a slice of orange to enhance its flavors.
